Order from our e-store

  • Pick a watch – To make a purchase in the e-store, choose the product you like.
  • Add the products in the shopping cart – Pick the products and add them to the shopping cart.
  • Place the order, choose an engraving – Make sure that the products you want are listed.
  • Pay – Fill in your contact details and choose the payment method. You can pay with a credit card

Before you order, read the ordering, payment and returns instructions.

Orders are accepted 24/7. To place an order pick a product and choose your wrist size (in cm). Follow the instructions on the screen. We only request information we need to fill and deliver the order. Please choose the payment method to place an order. Confirm the order. The order is confirmed only when you have paid for the products.

Once you have placed an order, you will get an e-mail order confirmation, which details the products you ordered as well as your contact details and the delivery address. Pay according to the payment method you chose, using one of our bank links. Orders will be ready within 14 days as of placing the order. 

Screen images may not correspond to the actual colour of the product. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only, and we have no control over your screen settings.

Paying for your order in the e-store (payment methods)

  • An order confirmation is issued automatically after an order is placed. An order confirmation does not mean that the order has been dispatched, but that the order has been received and is waiting for payment confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation within an hour since placing the order, please contact us at Henri@wooch.ee or +372 5624 6777. It is possible that you entered an incorrect e-mail address, your inbox is full, or the e-mail was caught in a spam filter.
  • Payment through an internet bank is possible thanks to Maksekeskus, allowing you to pay for your internet purchases easily and safely. You will be redirected to a page where you can choose your bank and pay with the bank link you prefer.
  • The order is finalised and filled after the purchase sum reaches our bank account. The prices of all our products sold in the e-store are in euros and include the VAT valid in Estonia at the time of purchase, as well as any other taxes established by the state or the local government.


Once the order is ready, Wooch compiles it and transfers it to the company’s logistics partner for delivery. The order is delivered within 14 days as of the date it was completed according to your instructions. To ensure smooth delivery, please take care to enter correct and valid delivery data when placing the order.

Wooch will not be held responsible for delivery delays if the products were transferred to the logistics partner on time, but the delivery was delayed due to circumstances that Wooch could not have influenced or foreseen.


  • After receiving the order, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, as entered into in the e-store, within 14 days without disclosing any reason.
  • Please send your return wish to the e-mail address info@woochwatches.com.
  • The consumer has to return the products within 14 days as of filing a returns application or submit proof that she/he has transferred the products to a logistics company within the specified timeframe.
  • The right to return products within 14 days is invalid (pursuant to subsection 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act) in case of products that are manufactured taking into account the personal needs of the consumer or manufactured according to the conditions established by the consumer (e.g. when the watch has been engraved as per your instructions).



We will treat the customer’s personal details that we have learned from visits to our e-store and the purchases made there as confidential information, which we will disclose to third parties only if necessary for the delivery of products or in cases provided for by law.

An encrypted data communications channel with the banks ensures the safety of the personal details and bank requisites of the consumer; the Wooch e-store has no access to them.
